1. Digital Products – No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital content (e-books, subscriptions, and other downloadable materials) are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. We recommend reviewing all product details and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

2. Physical Products – Returns

If you have purchased a physical product from Sceptre Publishing (e.g., printed books), you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

How to Initiate a Return:

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
